- Firstly, type “cmd” in your search box and launch the Command Prompt window with admin privilege.
- Inside the new screen, type the following command and press Enter to reset the internet connection.
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
- Finally, restart the system and retry to download/update any app from the Store.
