How to Add a Wired and Wireless Printer in Windows 11

  • Then select Bluetooth and devices option.

Method 2: Add the Printer Manually:

  • Firstly, go to the Start menu and click on Settings.
  • Then from the Settings screen, select Bluetooth and devices option.
  • Inside the new screen, click on Printers & Scanners.

  • And in the Add Printer window, click the radio button beside the Add a Bluetooth, wireless or network discoverable printer option.

Method 3: Add a Printer using Control Panel:

In addition to the above two methods, you can connect a printer in Windows 11 through the Control Panel window. You can follow the below steps to learn how to connect,

  • Firstly, in the Windows 11 search box, type Control Panel and open the relevant result.

In case the Network discovery feature is disabled in your Windows 11, your printer might not be detected when you try to add it. To avoid this situation, you need to enable the Network discovery feature. To do so,

  • Then inside the Control Panel, set View by as Large icons and select Network and Internet option from the menu screen.
  • Now select Network & Sharing Center option.

Remove a Printer in Windows 11:
