- Firstly, press Alt+Ctrl+Del altogether to launch Task Manager.
- Then inside the Task Manager, select the More details tab from the bottom of the screen.
- Now click on File and select Run new task from the drop-down menu.
- In the newly appeared Create new task prompt, type cmd and press on OK.
- Further in the Command Prompt window, copy+paste or type the following command and then press Enter,
- Finally, restart the system and check for the discussed error.
Fix 2: Uninstall Windows Update (KB5006050):

Fix 3: Change Clock Settings:
Another solution to resolve the Start menu and Taskbar issue on windows 11 is modifying the Clock settings in the Control panel. To change the settings, you can follow these below steps,
- Firstly, press Alt+Ctrl+Del altogether to launch Task Manager.
- Then inside the Task Manager, select the More details tab from the bottom of the screen.
- Now click on File and select Run new task from the drop-down menu.
- In the newly appeared Create new task prompt, type Control Panel and press on OK.
- Inside the Control panel window, select Clock and Region and select Set the time and date link under the Date and Time section.
- In the new prompt, click on the Change date and time settings tab.
- Here select a date and time somewhere in the future and then press the OK button.
- Then from the top vertical menu, select the Internet Time tab and select the Change settings button.
- Untick the checkbox beside the Synchronize with an Internet time server option in the Internet Time Settings prompt and click OK.
- Finally, restart the system and check the discussed error persists.
Fix 4: Windows Restore:
If all the above solutions did not work in your case, then you need to restore your Windows. This fix helped several users to fix the Unresponsive Start and Taskbar on Windows 11 22000.176 and 22449 built. To run Windows restore, you can follow these steps,
- Firstly, press Alt+Ctrl+Del altogether to launch Task Manager.

- Further in the Command Prompt window, copy+paste or type the following command and then press Enter,
rsutil.exe
- Once the command is executed, the Windows restore process will startup and follow the on-screen instructions. Select a previous date where the system is free from the said issue.
